1. Service and accounts
ePropels provides a business platform for client records, files, proposals, documents, electronic signatures and revenue reporting. Keep account information accurate and credentials confidential. Workspace owners are responsible for the access they grant; anyone holding an active invitation code may join as a member after confirming their email.
2. Plans and subscriptions
Free, Starter and Professional have different usage allowances. Paid subscriptions are shown in USD at checkout; taxes, billing frequency and cancellation conditions must be reviewed there before purchase. Changes to subscription plans do not erase existing documents. No refund entitlement or renewal policy is created by this draft.
3. Client data and content
You retain rights in your uploaded content and must have permission and an appropriate legal basis to process client information. Do not upload unlawful content or disclose another party’s confidential information without authorization. Files assigned to one client are excluded from other clients’ proposal-generation context; general agency files may be reused. Workspace members can access information permitted by their roles.
4. AI-assisted documents
AI output can be inaccurate and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Review all proposals, prices, deliverables and clauses before sending. You are responsible for the content you approve and share.
5. Proposals, signatures and payments
An agency’s proposal terms are separate from these platform terms. Sent commercial terms are preserved; changes require an appropriate new document version. Electronic signing records a submitted name and signature, server time, browser information and a document fingerprint. It does not certify identity and is not a qualified electronic signature. Client payments use the agency’s own connected Stripe account, separate from ePropels subscriptions; availability depends on activation.
6. Integrations and availability
Connected services are subject to their own terms. Some integration settings only store connection details and do not by themselves enable synchronization. External services and the platform may be unavailable; no uptime guarantee is made by this draft.
7. Privacy and cookies
Essential storage supports sign-in, preferences and security. Optional Google Analytics is disabled until accepted; cookie preferences can be changed in the footer. Client document engagement records serve the agency’s proposal workflow and are separate from optional website analytics. Personal information must be handled in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Portuguese law. A complete privacy notice covering the operator, legal bases, retention, transfers and rights contact remains pending.
8. Applicable law and completion
This draft is prepared for an operator based in Portugal, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law. The legal entity, dispute arrangements, support contact, data-retention policy and final commercial conditions require confirmation and legal review before final publication.
